Application Techniques
- Heat transfer vinyl
- Screen printing

Product Care Instructions
- Do not dry clean
- Machine wash garments inside out using WARM or HOT with mild detergent
- Dry at normal setting but hang drying is recommended
- No chlorine bleach
- Wait 24 hours before first wash
- Iron garments inside out
Disclaimer, certain style numbers clothes have higher dye content which may lead to bleed through in print material. We are not liable or held responsible for any of these defects
Time Frame
Please allow at least 5-10 business davs for smaller projects. Larger projects will be subject to additional time depending on their detail and quantity (i.e. large orders, logos & websites). All express orders will be subject to an additional $60.00 expedite fee if the customer requests for their project to be completed less than the 10 business day turnaround.
Revisions & Proofing
iSM2 will allow three modifications per layout free of charge. Additional, changes and corrections are subject to a $35.00 hourly rate. We are not responsible for any misspellings, grammar, punctuation, color, clarity, pixelation, formatting, or shade errors after the customer’s final approval is given to proceed with the project. Once a project has been printed any corrections after the printing will be at the expense of the customer. Also, once the final design is approved, any extra revisions will be charged the standard hourly rate of $35.00. All shirt styles, sizes, and colors are final when invoice is paid. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Art Work
Send artwork to [email protected] immediately after purchase. Any delay in sending artwork or approving design will cause delay in the process and delivery time. Please provide your name, phone number, shipping address (if applicable), and invoice number. All images must be sent in high resolution (minimum 300dpi) and 1:1 ratio. Images that are not sent in high resolution will result in poor design quality. iSM2 wIll NOT be held responsible and reserves the right to decline projects due to poor quality images. Also, colors may change from monitor to monitor. iSM2 does not guarantee exact color matches
Customers must approve the design via email before moving forward with the project. Delays in design approval from customer will result in delayed project due dates and processing,
